Davidson County publishes its delinquent list as newspaper advertising before each sale — T.C.A. § 67-5-2501. The list is not published as data. Sales are held at the Metro Davidson County Courthouse, One Public Square, Nashville: registration 11:00am, sale begins 12:00pm sharp.

The redemption period is set per parcel before sale: one year where delinquency is five years or less, 180 days where more than five but less than eight, 90 days where eight or more — and 30 days where the court finds a reasonable basis to believe the property is vacant, regardless of years delinquent. That last one is worth twelve months of capital, and it is what our deal score sorts on.
The former owner, their heirs, lienholders, and assignees of redemption rights may redeem within the period set by the court under T.C.A. § 67-5-2701. On redemption the purchaser is refunded the purchase price plus interest at 1% per month, levied from the date of compliance until the motion to redeem is filed. Purchasers who improve the property during the redemption period accept the risk that those funds may be lost.
