Account data: the email address, optional company name and role you supply at signup, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Usage data: API calls, listing views, endpoints hit and timestamps, so we can meter your plan and show you your own activity on the dashboard.
Billing: card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not see or store card numbers.
The parcel records are compiled from public records published by Metro Nashville and the Davidson County Chancery Court. Owner names and mailing addresses in the dataset are the county's public record of ownership — they are not collected from you, and they are not your personal data.
To operate your account, meter usage, process payment, send you the alerts you configure, and understand which features are used. We do not sell your personal data.

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. You may ask us to correct or delete your account data by contacting us; we will action requests as required by applicable law.
