The ranked listing screen
Two independent scores per parcel — lead score for seller likelihood, deal score for
acquisition attractiveness — plus filters for the 30-day clock, out-of-state owners, probate signals,
appraised value and acreage.
The owner call sheet
Owner name and mailing address, the multi-parcel owner roll-up, and CSV export so you
can load it into your CRM or dialer.
Data feed for your own software
On the Data / API plan you can pull the same properties straight into your own
system or spreadsheet. Full details in the developer

Saved searches and alerts
Store the filters that matter and be told when new properties match. Alert volume is
capped per plan.
Fair use
The subscription is for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the dataset,
